DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
1. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Policies shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
Customers agree to waive the right to pursue legal action in a court of law, except as necessary to enforce an arbitration award.
2. Jurisdiction
These Policies and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania for the enforcement of arbitration awards or any necessary legal proceedings.
