RETURNS, WARRANTY & LIABILITY
1. Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is defective or significantly deviates from approved specifications.
Requests for returns must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and are subject to approval.
2. Limited Warranty
Atelier Imports LLC warrants that our products are free from material defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the delivery date.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or installation by unqualified personnel.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the defective product.
Replace the defective product.
Provide a credit toward a future purchase.
Customers must submit warranty claims in writing with photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
Atelier Imports LLC is not responsible for any costs related to removal, reinstallation, or loss of business resulting from defective products.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Atelier Imports LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the invoiced value of the affected goods.
No warranties, express or implied, extend beyond those expressly stated in these Policies.
